Ship us your empty HDPE bottles. We mark dosage scales, fill lines and instructions directly into the plastic with a 355 nm UV laser, and ship them back ready to fill.
No ink. No labels to peel off. No $40,000 inline coder sitting idle between runs.
Built for small batches
Eight hundred bottles, not eight hundred thousand. Artwork that changes between runs. The work capital equipment is worst at.
Solvents, autoclaves, freezers, wet hands. Anywhere a printed label lifts, smears or falls off and takes the dosing scale with it.
An unlabelled HDPE bottle stays mono-material and recyclable. Marking replaces a label rather than adding to it.
The process
UV light breaks bonds in the top few microns of the polymer and darkens it. The surface stays flush — no recess, no debris, nothing cut away. Run your fingernail across it and you feel nothing.
Nothing added
The mark is the bottle. Nothing is deposited on it and nothing is removed from it, so there is no coating, carrier or adhesive to account for.
Empty in, empty out
We handle empty containers exclusively. You fill and label downstream, in your own facility, under your own controls.
Every batch
Incoming lot recorded on arrival, versioned artwork approved by you before the first mark, a batch record for the run, and a Certificate of Conformance with quantities that balance.
Parameters change with resin, pigment and bottle geometry, so the honest first step is a sample. Send your actual bottles and your artwork, and we will mark a test batch and send it back with the settings we used.
